Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your GLQ account and associated data at any time, whether or not you have the app installed.
What deletion does
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, demographic information, and your individual response history from GLQ's active systems, per our Privacy Policy (Sections 6–7). Aggregated, de-identified results that have already been included in crosstab reporting are not retroactively recalculated, since they never identified you individually. Some records may be retained briefly where required for legal, security, or billing purposes before final deletion.
Option 1: Delete in the app
Open GLQ → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. This is the fastest option and takes effect immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion manually.
