1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Good Looking Question mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Good Looking Question LLC ("GLQ," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading the app, creating an account, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GLQ. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a user under 13 has created an account, we will delete it promptly.

3 Your Account

• Account creation: You may sign up with an email address, Google account, or Apple ID.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• One account: You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating leaderboards, badge counts, or response data.
• Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your response data will be anonymized per our Privacy Policy.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit responses or manipulate data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' data
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Service
• Submit poll questions containing hate speech, harassment, explicit sexual content, or content targeting minors
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5 User-Submitted Content

Once you have answered 30 questions and completed your profile, you may submit poll questions for review. By submitting a question:

• You grant GLQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish and use the question if approved.
• You represent that the content is original, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not violate our acceptable use policy.
• You understand that submitted questions are subject to admin review and may be rejected, edited, or removed at our discretion.
• You understand that approved questions become part of the GLQ question bank and may be seen by all users.

We are not responsible for the content of user-submitted questions that pass our review process. If you encounter a question that violates these Terms, please report it at hello@goodlookingquestion.com.

6 Gamification & Virtual Items

GLQ includes gamification features including XP points, levels, badges, streak counts, and streak freeze items. You understand and agree that:

• No real-world value: XP, levels, badges, and streak freezes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.
• Subject to change: We may modify XP values, level thresholds, badge requirements, or gamification rules at any time. These adjustments are made through our admin configuration and do not require advance notice.
• No guarantee: Streaks, XP balances, and badge records may be lost due to account deletion, data errors, or other technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to restore data but cannot guarantee recovery.
• Leaderboard integrity: We reserve the right to remove users from leaderboards or adjust scores if we detect fraudulent activity.

7 Organization Access

GLQ offers paid organization tiers ("Basic" and "Pro") that provide access to aggregated, anonymized data through our admin dashboard. Organizations accessing GLQ data agree to:

• Use aggregated data for internal analysis, reporting, and research purposes only
• Not attempt to re-identify individual respondents from aggregated data
• Not resell or redistribute GLQ data to third parties without written consent
• Comply with all applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction
• Maintain confidentiality of their organization's admin credentials

Organization subscriptions are billed according to the pricing agreed at the time of account creation. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of any billing issue.

8 Intellectual Property

The GLQ app, website, branding, design, question bank, and all associated software are owned by Good Looking Question LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Your anonymized, aggregated response data may be used by GLQ to generate insights, reports, and product improvements. Individual response data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

GLQ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any poll results, insights, or demographic data provided through the Service.

Poll results reflect the opinions of voluntary respondents and should not be interpreted as statistically representative of any population.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Good Looking Question LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app's Settings menu. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination of these Terms.

12 Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
