1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the GLQ app or goodlookingquestion.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The Service
GLQ is a daily poll app that shows aggregated, demographically-filtered results after you answer. GLQ also offers an organization-facing dashboard for aggregated crosstab reporting.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GLQ.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. User-Submitted Questions
Users may submit poll questions for review. GLQ may approve, reject, or edit submissions at its discretion, and may feature approved questions in the app.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or intended to manipulate poll results (including through multiple accounts or automated answering).
7. Organization (B2B) Plans
GLQ offers four organization subscription tiers, billed monthly:

8. Individual Subscriptions
GLQ offers optional in-app subscriptions (managed through Google Play Billing) that unlock additional question submissions and features. Pricing is shown in the app at time of purchase and may vary by platform.
9. Payment & Cancellation
Organization plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Individual subscriptions are managed and cancelled through Google Play.
10. Intellectual Property
GLQ and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Good Looking Question LLC. Aggregated, de-identified data derived from responses may be used by GLQ for product improvement and reporting.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
GLQ is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Looking Question LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GLQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
