1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Good Looking Question LLC ("GLQ," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information through the GLQ mobile app and the goodlookingquestion.com website.
2. Information We Collect
The table below lists the categories of information GLQ collects and why.

3. How We Use Information
- To operate the app: show today's question, record your answer, and display crosstab results.
- To personalize your experience: streaks, badges, leaderboard position.
- To provide organization customers with aggregated, demographically-filtered reporting on their own subset of respondents.
- To detect abuse and keep the panel trustworthy.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
- Aggregated results: Any demographic breakdown shown in the app or to organization customers is aggregated. Any group with fewer than 10 respondents is automatically suppressed. Individual-level responses are never surfaced to other users or to organization customers.
- Organization (B2B) customers: If you are associated with an organization account, that organization's admins can view aggregated, suppressed crosstab results for their own respondents only — filtered using your organization affiliation. They cannot see your individual answers or identity.
- Service providers: Infrastructure, analytics, and payment processing vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal: When required to comply with law or protect the rights and safety of GLQ or our users.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and response data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.
When you delete your account, your answers are retained in anonymized form. The link between the answer and you is severed and the demographic snapshot attached to it is erased, so the remaining record is an answer with no account, no identifier, and no demographic attributes. We keep these because results shown to other users are computed from the full body of answers, and removing them would retroactively change what everyone else sees. Because these records can no longer be associated with you or with any individual, they are not personal information and are retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights & Choices
You can review and update your demographic profile at any time in Settings. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data.
7. Account Deletion
You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app (Settings → Delete Account), or without installing the app, via our account deletion page.
Deletion removes your account, your profile and demographic information, your avatar, your badges and progress, and the demographic snapshot stored with every answer you gave. Your answers themselves are kept in the anonymized form described in Section 5 — detached from your account and stripped of demographics — so that results other users have already seen remain accurate. This is irreversible: once detached, an answer cannot be traced back to you, which also means it cannot be located and removed later.
8. Children's Privacy
GLQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
